Our aim is to make our guests feel at home when they visit Always Upstairs Day Spa @ Lords Signature Hotel, welcoming you and putting you at ease, surrounded by attentive staff and personalized service.

Yes I would like to thank the lady who is in charge there. She was so polite, so friendly. We got lost for about an hour around the area, but she was there for us, very patient until she sent her driver to come and fetch us. To be honest the service that we received was simply the top in my list from the places that we had visited. The room was so clean, well organised, beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you

I just want to say thank you for making both my mother and I so happy on our spa day yesterday 19 July and would like to mention your great staff for making our beautiful day happen.
From the first time of calling your business you and Lerato were so helpful in boking my day.
Lerato is a great professional.
On the day when we thought we were lost and called, Isaac directed us and only realised that we were just a few houses way and had a pleasant welcome from him.
The ladies that did our messages were amazing Rethabile and Pinky gave us such a relaxed time and are such professional ladies. Their hands are blessed.
Your staff are truly amazing and will definitely will be coming back in the warmer months.

Saturday the 01.08.2015 was a totally
amazing experience. The ladies that did our massages was totally out
of this world. Friendly and thus our half day spa was so relaxed and
enjoyable. Truly these ladies deserve to receive something in return
for their kindness, friendliness, always smiling and most of all
giving of their best at all times during our spa with Always
Upstairs. we certainly will come back and also with more of our
friends. we received the best spa treatment thus
