Second visit for me. was a birthday present for my daughter whose birthday was on Saturday 19 September. Was very disappointed with general lack of service and attitude.
our stay was awesome, the Spa treatment was tryly amazing and the therapists, Pinky & Mampo were really great.
Thanks guys we will definitely recommend the spa to everyone we know. 🙂
Thank you upstairs spa for the most relaxing day ever. The therapist were patient and afforded us the the best care possible. They were kind and friendly and didnt rush with our treatments. It was so relaxing that we fell off to sleep. I am definately going to come back and have already recommended others to have the same great experience that we had.
We were treated like royalty by 2 spa therapists who were very friendly yet professional. We will definitely refer friends and family to experience this royalty treatment. Well done for being one of the best Spas we have been to. The environment was refreshing…

One of the best experiences i have every had. The treatments, the staff and especially the therapists were all fantastic!
I highly recommend this to all.
This was all in all the most relaxing day i have ever experienced.

It was so nice! Was just too short as my mom and needed some time together. Pinky, Vanessa and Izak was so friendly. Were very happy to meet them.
